Mama Louise Italian Restaurant

I am so frustrated that my husband and I have not tried this place sooner! It’s so very good and the atmosphere and customer service is excellent! We came on an impromptu date night and were very impressed with the entire experience. We sat on the patio and the weather was perfect! A talented gentleman was playing traditional Italian favorites on an accordion which really set the mood. My husband ordered a pitcher of Sangria which was quite ambitious and larger than expected. It was delicious and he was very pleased. We started off our meal with the mussels and garlic bread. Cooked very well and buttery, NOT chewy! My husband ordered the stuffed shells with Italian sausage and I had the Chicken Franchaise. Each meal comes with a house made soup, salad, and garlic knots. Each course was excellent. The entrees exceeded any expectations we had and portions are generous. We finished off our meal with the Lemoncello cake which was light and smooth. The service is some of the best I’ve had. They keep fully staffed and also have runners who get your drinks, beginning courses and to-go containers if needed. They also clear your table extremely quickly of empty dishes. Absolutely excellent! Our server was also great and very experienced. She checked in several times and we never felt rushed despite the speedy service! The only part I would dock a star for is our to-go order for my sister. Her entree was amazing but they forgot the soup and salad. We’ll keep a closer eye next time. Cannot wait to go back!

I LOVE this restaurant!! We went for the first time this week and it is amazing!! The food was delicious, the staff was awesome, and the owner was walking around checking on and chatting up everyone. The Lobster Ravioli is rich and creamy. The Chicken Franchaise was soooo good. Our kids got spaghetti and meatballs and Chicken Alfredo. All were amazing. Don’t even get me started on how delicious the garlic knots are!! I highly recommend Mama Louise Italian Restaurant!!!

A friend recommended this place, and we were not disappointed! Our food was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. They do charge a fee for using a credit card, which would have been nice to know ahead of time, but we'll bring cash in the future.

Fantastic local Italian restaurant. We’d been looking for a nice family style restaurant with that elegant feel and made from scratch taste. The staff were very friendly and professional. All the food is prepared on site when you order and arrives to the table hot off the pan. Here are the items we ordered on our most recent visit: - Cheese sticks (these probably were from a vendor but still tasty - their house tomato sauce is delicious!) - Chicken Franciase (holy cow, one of the best Italian dishes I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly and the sauce was outstanding. Served with a side of fettuccini) - Eggplant Rollatini (excellent dish, served with a side of spaghetti.) - Cannoli (comes with three, made on site, a little sweet but still mighty good) All dishes come with salad AND soup, along with garlic knots served at dinner (baked fresh). Overall, we had such a wonderful evening. We were so happy to have found Mama Louise and look forward to stopping by again in the very near future. Enjoy!

Outstanding Service and Delicious Food This restaurant is a gem that consistently delivers excellent service and delicious food. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. Their ability to anticipate needs without being intrusive sets them apart from other establishments. The food is consistently very good. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and appropriately priced for the quality. It’s clear they take pride in both their ingredients and presentation. We had a great first experience. The service was great and our waiter was so friendly. The food was delicious and great value too. All the dinners came with garlic bread, soup and salad. It was so much food. We will definitely be back.

Serving a three course meal, this quaint Italian eatery has a delightful atmosphere, for a date or family night out, and the food is fantastic! The Rigatoni Dominic, with garlic knots, is the best I’ve had.
